Satellite Tracking of People provides a lifetime warranty against manufacturer’s defects for BLUtag, BLUband, BLUhome, BLU+, and BLUbox for as long as the agency uses it to supervise enrollees in the community. To maintain the warranty, enrollees must not have abused, damaged or neglected the equipment.

RETURN POLICY
Satellite Tracking of People provides a no-questions-asked return policy on BLUtag, BLUband, BLU+, BLUhome, and BLUbox for the life of the contract. This means agency-authorized personnel can return any piece of equipment at any time for any reason.
